Reservations unconfirmed with prepayment are reserved until 3 pm, unless this is not explicitly stated as a requirement.
Booking guarantee – Guaranteeing a reservation by prepayment is required for organized group visits or for busy periods.
The hotel has a room for people with special needs, provided with the appropriate equipment.
Guests with pets are welcome for an additional fee.
Children and extra beds – Children up to 3 years of age are free of charge in the parents' room.
The use of an extra bed for children from 4 to 12 years old is charged 28 BGN. Additional bed for adult is charged 37 BGN.
Please keep in line with our policies during your stay at REAL Hotel: Smoking is forbidden throughout the hotel. Keep quiet, do not worry other guests. In case of problems, please contact reception by dealing tel. number - 30. Guests should paid in case of local damages or any kind of damages to the hotel and in such cases they should be liable to pay the market prices for the damages, as determined by the hotel manager. Payment of the food and drinks from the mini bar is a due of all guests before check-out. Please contact the reception for additional questions and information.
